What do I do if my HM Club card is lost, stolen or damaged?
Please email our HM Club team at hmclub@hmhair.co.uk to cancel your old card and arrange for a replacement card. Your replacement HM Club card will be with you in 2-4 weeks.
How do I update my details if I move or change my email address?
Please email your new details to hmclub@hmhair.co.uk
I currently receive Company Partnership Scheme discount – will this still apply or do I need to join the HM Club?
The HM Club will replace the Company Partnership Scheme, therefore, you will need to register for HM Club before your next appointment. Don’t worry though it’s a very quick process which should only take a few minutes. Also, the HM Club is much more inclusive, anyone over 16 years old can join!
Will I receive my rebook discount on top of my HM Club discount?
The HM Club discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion – including Rebook Discount, Me Day Monday, Colour Sale, Treat Me Tuesday, Standby or Kids Club appointments.
If I move my appointment out of the 9am-4pm Monday to Friday period, will I still receive the discount?
No, the HM Club discount only applies to appointments between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
If my appointment is moved out with the 9am-4pm Monday to Friday period, will I receive my discount?
If Headmasters need to move an appointment (which was originally within the hours 9-4 Monday to Friday) out of the operating hours of HM Club you will still receive the discount.
What other benefits are there to the HM Club?
You will occasionally receive exclusive rewards including special offers and promotions on products and services.
How long will my card take to be delivered?
Please allow 30 days for delivery of your HM Club card – if you have not received it after 30 days, please contact us at hmclub@hmhair.co.uk
If I book my appointment but have not received my card by the time of my appointment will I still receive my discount?
If you have not received your card in time for your appointment please bring the confirmation email you will receive when you sign up for the HM Club and then bring your card to your next appointment.
Is there a minimum age for joining the HM Club?
Yes, the minimum age for HM Club is 17 years of age.
